  • I dream about eating bread and cookies all the time. It is crazy that food has such an impact on us.

  • perhaps. and we'd all like a pill so we can at least go out and not half die because people don't take you seriously - but for me it's just the biggest miracle that I'm not sick all the time. The problem for me is moe that everybody else doesn't bake it. Don't worry they'll eat it - They all go oohh! that cake is soooo yummy what did you do? And in my brother's house even the non GF people all want to eat the GF bread... So truly take some time and find the good stuff. Good luck and best wishes.

  • wow - what a fucking bitchy comment! easier said than done. i want my wheat back and at this point, am trying to get any clinical trial info i can to get it back.

  • Don't you have gluten-free pasta in America. It's hard to understand. You should visit Finland. We have here lots and lots of gluten-free products, and those are really good. I've even eaten gluten-free noodles, once I think. We have also gluten-free beer, but I haven't tasted it yet.

Here in Finland is also going on two studies about celiac disease. One is trying to develop and test a vaccine against celiac disease and one is trying to make a medicine for it. Hopefully those are succesful!

  • I miss pasta SO much. Even tried to get "egg" noodles--guess what? Third ingredient is WHEAT FLOUR - the enemy. Not fair. Wish they could make ethanol out of wheat, more corn for us celiac sufferers.

  • Yup, move on and be positive. I was diagnosed 16 years ago when there was very little GF food available but decided to focus on what I CAN eat rather than what I can't. These days there is so much food available to us that we're hardly missing out at all. (D'Lush chocolate biccies [cookies] from Australia are DIVINE!)

  • Get over it!!!!!!

Buy the Gluten free stuff and CHOW DOWN

  • You are TOO funny!!! i am celiac too- but haven't had a dream like that- i think you need to get some glutenfree pasta!!! Love Megan x

  • TRY SALLYS SIZZLING SAUSAGES 100% meat they are great they have great range of quality gluten free products

  • I miss my pre celiac days! :(
