I couldve done a better job than the hypothetical psychiatrist bc I've had bpd. Their logic is not normal logic. People with bpd can change but it takes time and effort. Being condescending towards them will only trigger a more extreme outburst. I now have an awesome group of friends and I'm an amateur comedienne. I want to become a therapist as well:)

Please keep in mind that this is obviously only a caricature of a typical BPD sufferer. If the disorder were this obvious it would not be such a problem.
While watching this, imagine for a moment that these contradictions would be spread out over WEEKS of therapy sessions or Months/Years of an intimate relationship. The more the contradictions come unraveled, the stronger the emotional response by the BPD and the more difficult their interactions can become for the ones who care about them.

ok... now, i have bpd.. and where part of this makes me facepalm because not all of us are that F'd up.. i can definately laugh at this.. it did make me smile.. but cmon guys =) YES ok some of us are waaaay out there and even the ones of us who arnt as messed up as this vid depicts still have our waaay out there moments.. we are still human beings with feelings =)
