yes !! I wouldn't call it SLBM (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile) though.
India test fired K4 Hypersonic Boost Glide Missile from an underwater pontoon, last year and more tests are on its way. Land version of K4 or Agni II prime was test fired recently and more tests, we are going to see.
India's another Submarine launched Hypersonic Glide Missile - K15 is already under production.
Submarine launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) will be test fired only after Agni V test launch.

A small advice to Pakis and Chinese. By 2015, India will be way ahead in both conventional and nuclear forces. If pakis and chinese miss the opportunity now to target India, then it is never going to happen, not even in their wildest dreams.
It is Now or never . By 2015
1. India's anti-ballistic missiles PAD, AAD, AD-1, AD-2 will be fully matured and even mass produced.
2. 3 nuclear submarines with long range ballistic missile with multiple warheads
3. we can expect at least 100 Agni III

By 2012, AAD, PAD/ PDV anti-ballistic missiles will be under production. This is Phase I
By 2016, AD1 and AD2 anti-ballistic missiles program will be completed. This is Phase II
Agni V test is expected in 2011.
K4 - Sub launched Hypersonic Boost Glide Missile test fired already and more tests are there
Agni II (Prime) land based Hypersonic Boost Glide Missile would under go more tests
Agni III/ Agni V SLBM is also expected to be test fired eventually.
