@bbhug905 I am a firm believer in good routine conditioning. I know that people talk about the dangers of conditioning, but the fail to acknowledge that is mainly occurs when one routinely protein conditions their hair which should not be done too often. When I get done with finals I promise to post a new video and a hair update as my hair has gotten much longer and stronger. Omg PLEASE tell me where to get everything you use in that video because the only thing I absolutely hate about my hair is that is stiff and dry no matter what I use but I want the bouncy ness you have it's amazing gosh !!! Your hair is truly gorgeous! Please tell were to get that stuff I need it! Ps. I know exactly what u ment when you said it feels like ur hair is being fryed or wet. That happened to me often! Thanks bunches! :)

@bbhug905 Thank you so much for the comment and I apologize for the delay Google randomly deleted my g-mail account. I will be posting a up-to-date to show you the changes in my hair growth and texture and such. At this time I was using the John Frieda Luxurious Volume shampoo and conditioner. I also mixed a little Patene volumizing conditioner in with the Frieda conditioner during the time of conditioning. Please leave the conditioner on for at least 10 minutes and capp it.

Do u have to use the fermodyl stuff to make your hair all shake eee? Because I can't find it in any store
