Interesting take; perhaps, though, choosing what information you want to share has more value than giving up your inherent right to the privacy of all your information.

People often say "I have nothing to hide". That's not true. Everyone has something that they want to keep for themselves. And, that is fine. The person who wants to keep something private should be able to. The person who feels privacy doesn't matter anymore needs their head examined.
