Our LauderdaleChristmas.com 5,500 Halloween lights display with leaping light arches and computerized lighting controllers. I act as orchestrater, tell the lights when to turn on or off, fade, twinkle, etc. An MP3 player inside the controller plays the music and controls the lights according to my programmed orchestration. Took 8 hours to program up this song. We transmit it to people's cars via an unused radio station frequency. (more)

  • Did you use LEDs or incandescents for your light arches? It looks like LEDs. If that is the case what were the size on lights used?

  • I used 100% LED lights on the arches 2650 each, and the pumpkins are incandescant lights. For Christmas, our 50,000 LEDs were 100%, not one single regular bulb on our Christmas display.

  • That is super cool! What a great imagination you have. And the use of the radio signal is ingenious. I would love to do something like this? How come you didn't do the whole soundtrack?

  • The whole song is 14 minutes long. Takes too long to sequence it so I went with a shorter version to keep visitors interested.

ha, the neighbors must have got a bit annoyed after awhile... :D

  • W O W ! ! ! It's a lawn display! It's a light show! And you beam the music to peoples' cars, too... Thank you for sharing!

I can only imagine what you do for Xmas ;-)

    Awesome.

  • I gave you 5 out of 5 for the "please stand clear of the doors..." quote. One of the most memorable parts of Disney World!

  • I see. That's sensible.

  • Way too cool, I loved Main Street Electrical!
