@WheelOfFate456 Many peoples hypothesis on PH is that he is the protagonist, he is their darkest thoughts and feelings, like when James sees him raping the monsters that is actually what James wants, so the general consensus is that PHs face looks like the protagonist.

@Hikutaify Well, there is that one ending for Homecoming when two Pyramid Heads place a separate half of a helmet onto Alex, thus turning him into one of them. And the inside is lined with spikes, which leads me to believe that the helmet doesn't become the head, but that the head is still inside it being pierced and stabbed by those spikes..

@Undeadguy95 Well setting aside the fact that he carries a HUGE ASS BLADE to kill you with, has a HUGE ASS POINTY helmet on his head, and wears bloodstained clothing...yeah I suppose you could call him sort hot lol.
Until he rapes you and beheads you at least. That's sort of a turn off for most people lol.

Yeah, I'm hoping to see Pyramid Head again in the next one though.
There's just something about him...err..it...that makes me terrified.
I think it's the fact that I don't know what he looks like under the helmet.
