yup. they have replaced these inferior tubular locks with chicago ace 2 tubular locks. the have different springs, serrated pins and some even have mushroom pins. Also, the have added new padlocks with disc detainer locking mechanisms. very pick resistant depending on tools and picker.

Putting the real key inside the bic pen eh? very clever.... The sound when you put the pen down gave it away.....
