@senseigrahamravey my sensei once asked eiichi miyazato, why he doesnt expose the whole truth about anichi miyagi and morio higaonna, sensei miyazato replied, there is no need the truth will soon come out! looks like he was right!!!

At 1:58 he fails to throw a fireball. Second attempt at 2:02 also fails. But the whole DragonBall Z lead up with the full minute and a half of chi focusing is pretty sweet.

this kata and sanchin serve the same purpose, you can only experience the power by practicing it rather than watching it, it improves your stiking power immensely.
