Future theremin performances will be posted to my new YouTube account (KevinColosa); will continue posting random 3D animations and stuff on this account. Recorded at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in St. Johnsbury, December 31, 2009. Thanks to Barbara for the piano accompaniment.

  • @TheHeartnet11 The instrument is a theremin, the world's oldest electronic musical instrument, unique in that it is played without physical contact. Essentially, a theremin uses two extremely sensitive antennae -- one for pitch, the other for volume -- to sense the position of the musician's hands in space. Sound is generated electronically based on the hands' positions.

  • what instrument? Viola, cello?
