Song is about not relying on drugs to solve your problems or run away from them. Not really saying it's good or bad, just to not use it as a clutch for everything, we all have our problems we go through. There's other ways to go about making things better, friends, family, yourself, or even a complete stranger. Smoking the problems away are only temporal. There's other underlying messages to, I suppose. It can mean whatever you want it to.
