where's the make up? i understand that when he's in prison he has no make up but now he's out of jail, he should have make up right? and the music was kinda unfitting when he kills carlos, it dramatic not extreme awesome action

Well go watch part 4. And he's not "The Joker" yet, this is before he's "The Joker" it's an origin story so watch the other parts for it to all make sense.
