one very important but missed fact,

It was deciphered by Marian Rejewski, Jerzy Różycki and Henryk Zygalski

a demo done for British and French in 1939 and there were completely surprised asking how it is made and they were told you will get machine...

During their (Polish) hard work they were able to make copies of enigma machine, they were able to make RAIBOW TABLE of codes (for those who know what it is).

Two machines were delivered to England and France before II world war started....
