Destination Birth a.k.a. coming to the US to deliver a baby to get him/her the US citizenship.
- It is becoming popular for expectant mothers to enter the U.S. on B1/B2 visas or via the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) with the sole purpose of giving birth in the U.S. to give their child U.S. citizenship.
These women usually come to L.A., N.Y., Hawaii, Seattle, Houston, Virginia/Maryland, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Guam or other cities/states with large immigrant populations during their final weeks of pregnancy.
They enter the U.S. with the sole purpose of giving birth, give birth in the U.S., after which their babies receive their U.S. citizenship and passports, and they leave usually within 3 months.
Support the Citizenship Reform Act!
- To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to deny citizenship at birth to children born in the United States of parents who are not citizens or permanent resident aliens.
The logic that because Europeans came to America as immigrants starting 500 years ago, present day Americans must accept immigration from Latin America is fallacious & absurd. No person not born of a specific nation has a right to enter that nation without the consent of nation's populace. Plain and simple. The majority of Native Americans are opposed to further immigration from Latin America.

When I was born in France, of American parents, I did not get a birth certificate from either country. I got a letter of live birth to be given over to my consulate so I may go to the USA with my parents. I even had to go through naturalization myself. So I am offended when these aliens get citizenship immediately because of the laws being misinterpreted. Not right man.

there was a business in Korea that had a website aimed at getting women to give birth on Guam. they even used photos of birthing centers on Guam saying that they were affiliated. when investigated by a Guam news reporter, the website ceased to exist, and the birthing center was not aware of its photos being used for that particular scam site.

if the parent does not have citizenship nor should the born child have citizenship regardless if the child was born the U.S.
If a baby is delivered by a Puerto Rican then the baby is legal because the mom was automatically born into citizenship. If a illegal mexican became legal then the child born becomes legal as well; because the mother has become legal... That baby is a matter fact attached to the mom per se...
