  • With all due respect, I think you should remove this video. His illness is obvious, and if my pet was in that condition I wouldn't broadcast images of him being asked to play, when he should be resting or in a clinic. This is a private moment of a dying pet that should not be public.

  • @rainbowstarpony Unfortunately life isn't always pretty. This isn't my pet; this is a puppy that was surrendered to us by someone who 1) didn't have him vaccinated as they should have and 2) should themselves have gotten him veterinary care well before he reached us once he was ill with Distemper. We had him in 24 hour hospital care for two weeks before his little system gave out. Perhaps this evidence of the state he was in will convince someone to vaccinate their own pet if they haven't.

  • You people know nothing.... its almost impossible to keep weight on a great dane puppy for the first 8 months of there lives, there bodies grow so fast that they look very thin and feeding them too much will certainly cause colic and most likely death.

  • You obviously missed the video description noting that Murray had distemper, which was why he was surrendered to our rescue. He, most unfortunately, did not survive. I'll also note that I likely know much more about Danes that yourself. Thanks for commenting.
