    Mine had the same problem.

    Ruger replaced the sear spring and the trigger assembly - for free. It's 100% perfect now.

    Yeah that is what Ruger did for me as well. It took them a total of 10 days to repair it and that is me sending it out and getting it back to me. Can't complain about that.

    The sear spring is not installed correctly. The rattle sound is the disconnect sliding up and down because the left leg of the sear spring is not seated on the flat of the sear thus blocking the travel of the disconnect.

    I will send it back to Ruger. Couple of others said the spring needs to be bent a little more. Thanks for your reply!
