Medical animation created by KO Studios commissioned by ScienceProd, Paris showing how Eisenmenger syndrome effects infants due to congenital septal defects such as ventral septal defect (shown) and atrial septal defect, which allows oxygenated and deoxygenated blood to mix. This causes less oxygenated blood to be delivered to the body creating cyanosis and pulmonary vascular disease.
