swim, but look up with the camera when swimming. If you're doing good you will not losing any breath.

@SpanishAmigo2115 sometimes it does that. it's been about 2 weeks so i assume the issue would be resolved. If not, then you have to ignore it for some time. Do some other quest line that takes a rather long time and you should get a notice eventually. Making a new character will not give you any sort of wait whatsoever and will be able to enter the realm right after exiting the sewers
