I love how the blame never goes to the little gang bangers who put themselves in prison. I get your point but urban people ( which I am guessing is code for black people) make it easy for them to do it regardless of how truly hard it is not to shoot people not from your " Hood". Starve the system by not breaking the law and they will have no choice but to close all of them.
