  • Yor offerings on You Tube persist as the greatest treaures for me. Thank youm, - still and again!

  • @jeanfss38 Thank you! I am pleased that you enjoy the video!

  • Do you have the part with Fred Astaire singing 'They Can't Take That Away From Me'? I cried when I read that Fred's voice started breaking with emotion... those two were best buddies...

  • @animeeclipse Sorry, I don't have that, but there is a clip of Fred Astaire singing it to Ginger Rogers elsewhere on YouTube.

  • Great history! Wonderful music! Your photo images are spectacular! No image of Jane Froman????? I would have appreciated that salience - because I think so many generations missed out on opportunities to enjoy her talent - because of the many medical issues she faced after 1943. That said, I appreciate your artistry and generosity in sharing!

  • So sorry, jeanfss38. I promise to include Jane's image in the final installment "Gems from 'Lady be Good' and 'Tip-Toes.'" Coming soon!

  • While I would value the Froman images greatly, I value this music, and the images you have chosen to share, even more. Thank you, again!

  • This is excellent! I was trying to find out about George White, and here is exactly the tune "Somebody Loves Me", so artfully done. Thanks!
