In addition, this video will familiarize you with the clerk's office, the court room and the different roles of the people you will encounter while representing yourself in small claims court. • Would this work for stolen phones? But i have no evidence besides witnesses and the fact my phone is gone after he left that is this a good enough?

  • that is all fine but what do you do when the judge is bias. Or, the other person have a lawer and you dont. In my experience I never had a claim that I could wine or collect, either judge unfairly give the equal rights to both plaintiff and the defendent or you can not collect because no one can find the defendent.

  • Thank you so much very helpfull

  • Good video. But here in Massachusetts it's much simpler... the court notifies the defendant through mail, and you only have to fill out one single form. I feel bad for people out there- it's so much more complicated!

  • Great video!

  • thank you

  • Thank you ^_^.

  • what if defendant doesn't reply to the served summon?
