Reply from Steven Samler after I asked him how he wrote Dirty Harry's music:
"Wow! that takes me back a long way. I wrote most of the music and then hired a friend of mine to supplement my work and meet the deadlines. If I remember correctly I just did a simple midi composition and the programmers inputed those notes in a format that they needed. It's been so long ago I can't remember clearly.. It was either that or I created a track and output a wave file that they then used. At that time I was using Digital Performer.
Since that time I've done some other games and basically created wave files."

Reply from Elliott Delman after I asked him if they wrote the music together or seperately:
"It was Steve's gig and he brought me in, taught me the nuts and bolts of midi, scoring with midi, etc. We worked every which way--independently, collaboratively, and we'd often pass ideas back and forth, so the authoring line was blurred. "

  • Fabulosas pistas, pese a ser tan sencillas en composición y ejecución. Le vienen como anillo al dedo a la experiencia que brinda este título de NES.

  • @iheartnes I am not going ballistic I am just simply warning you that its not one movie you are pissing off but an entire Generation of fans plus the fans of other actors and franchises that this series started. and you were wrong. That only got him his TV Career which only lasted till saturday night live, he didn't become a film actor until Once bitten and he didn't get recognized till dead pool.

  • @Shanethefilmmaker Sorry for having an opinion. I didn't like "The Dead Pool" that much and I still stand by it. All of them are good but the 5th one didn't really do it for me. But I have to disagree with you about Jim Carrey. He got his career going when he was in "In Living Color". Everybody saw how funny he was and thats the reason he was in so many comedies in the 90's. Geez. You say one wrong thing on here and everyone goes fucking balistic.

  • @iheartnes first of all it's dirty harry and even if the movie did poorly in the box office it still has the same respect as anything else in the franchise including this crappy game. second if not for this movie Jim Carrey wouldn't have a career.

  • The "building" music is SOOOO savage! I used to just let Harry stand in the hallway and zone-out to that tune.

  • Have you ever played this video game before? We would love to know. Thank you.
