I am a professional Piercer and while piercing the lobe at a large gauge is fine, stretching shouldn't be done until the piercing is fully healed, and seasoned (giving the fistula time to thicken) I have seen so many under informed people and misinformed people try to stretch their ears only to destroy their ear lobes in the process because they rush to get to bigger sizes.  It's sad that someone put their trust in this supposed professional piercer.

@michellejesica Haha no. Your supposed to use tapers. I know many proffessional piercers. Your supposed to use the TAPING method with the tapers, not just shoving through the next sized taper. What this guy is doing, its horrible. He is shoving an overly large needle through his ear and shoving in a fucking 00g. The piercer is probably highly unprofessional. This is an idiotic idea for anyone to do.

@spongefan191 tapers are over rated, I know people who work at piercing parlors and they don't recommend them, people just use them cause they think its cool to be DIY
