@Fudala510 A friend lost his keys once and didnt want to leave his bike overnight. Luckly for him there was a construction yard nearby. He borrowed bolt cutters from them and cut his own chain. People were passing by, nobody responded.

@Fudala510 mmm, in the Netherlands, we have bik places on the station over a thousand bikes.. If you go late night in the dark with a bag and a cutter... Yes noboddy wil se you..

@WonderfulMrShyne Actually it seems like the high populated areas are where most bikes are stolen! but yeah I agree mostly at night when no one is around to caught the boogers.

@Fudala510 Everyone will notice, but no one will do a thing. Check out other videos on YT, you can cut a chain with an axle grinder in a crowded street and chance of someone reacting are next to zero.
