A governor has a budget to manage, and Alaska, the LARGEST state in the nation (not "tiny"), is special because they have 1/5th of the country's natural energy resources. That's a huge task. Obama doesn't write his own speeches either...who has less experience. But she's not running for president. Obama, with less experience, is.

Palin misrepresents both her record and Obama's in this speech. Google (factcheck palin spin) for a scathing review of her claims.
Her main qualification for the presidency is 20 months as governor of Alaska, a tiny state with simple politics, because 80% of its income is from oil drilling and 10% from federal earmarks and federal welfare.
She's been out of the country only once in her life. Her speeches are written by other people.
