As bleak as The Downward Spiral is, this song has never once made me feel or think of anything but beauty. I see shorelines and forests drenched in orange orange sunsets. This video doesn't seem to capture the essence of this song at all. I feel like it was supposed to represent a small break from madness and despair. This...eh. Just a bunch of old creepy footage cut together in my opinion. What worked for Closer won't necessarily work for every song on the record.
