I demanded that I have my $100 worth of downloads transferred to my 2008 from sk3 or I wouldnt' get a sk2008.I get a bill for like $500.I had to spend 100 hrs explaing 2 many ppl over and over what happened. its bs.dont take shit from ANYONE! it IS happening! its happened 2 u 2 times? its happened to me 3. thats 2 many times 2 just be a coinsdence.ur instincts r right. now we just need to figure out what the fuck to do. hit me back & let me know if u got new phn & whats happnd since ur vid here

I am hoping we all get reembursed for the bullshit! AT& T were wrong when I had their contract back a while ago, and they had to send a check out to all customers. the 1st sk I bought was $200, but I got back $275 in rebates (which i had to watch the dates closely of course and all that bs) so getting back $75 was worth it. but then I spent $400 on my sk3 & abt the same on this 2008. 1 thng thats fucked is that u lose ALL your shit (ringtones, games, etc) that u bought when u switch phns!cont

dont get a new phone, im serious. yeah sks rock when they work, but check it out, you cant send or receive any ringtones that isn't thru tmobile, and they fk up.! pay the $200 to get out of your contract. Im going to do it, I have a son who has one so for me its $400, but actually there are vids on here that give us ideas on how to get out of your contract. I have hated tmobile from the get. they dont care about their customers! I love how u say mf tmobile lol cont

because they say no one else has that problem... OK, well, for one, when you have probs with your phone, they can totally control it when you call them from your house phone, so to me, they are totally capable of fkn with us. I read an article recently and I guess the FCC is FINALLY going to crack down on the cell phone companies. OMG Really? Isn't that what they should have been doing from the get?
