In this tutorial I show you a quick and more efficient way of transferring music files from your computer to your iTunes library. I use this method for music files that I didn't get from the iTunes Store, since the iPod Touch will only download songs from your computer's iTunes. There's a way to add songs that you already own and transfer them without buying them again on the store.
Steps:
1. Make sure you must already have the music on your computer to do the transfer.
2. Locate the music file(s) from your computer in it's own separate window.
3. Make a new window with the iTunes folder up ( Not iTunes itself. This should be able to find in the 'Music' Folder on your Computer.
4. Navigate through the iTunes folder until you are able to find 'iTunes Media' or 'Automatically Add...'
5. If you already found 'Automatically Add...' stop there, if not continue searching for 'iTunes Media'
6. When you find 'iTunes Media' open it up by double clicking and 'Automatically Add...' should be there on your page.
7. With the other window that has your Music File(s) highlight the selected ones you wish to use and 'Drag' ( Holding down the left mouse button over the file) and bring it over to the other window that has the 'iTunes Media' file open.
8. Drag the file(s) over to the 'Automatically Add...' Folder and drop it (Releasing the left mouse button).
9. Now open up your iTunes, check your library for your new songs and now you can download them over to your iPhone or iPod with your USB wired charger.
10. Enjoy :3

  • Is this fool retarded or is his mic bad...dude you are a poor instructor.

  • @veteranfw If that's your opinion then so be it. I apologize that I didn't have a good mic. But I respectively disagree with you calling me a fool. I saw that you read the Bible, and from what I know from the Bible, Jesus says these words, " Those who call others fools will burn in hell". Now assuming that you have read the Bible, this of which you should have known. But, I did take the time to list all the steps in the description. If you don't have time to look and read, then don't judge me.
