@JIMMYisHISPANIClol My compassion for his family is one of the main reasons i want to end imperial (and nearly all) wars like ours in the Middle East. Where's YOUR compassion? Do you just want to talk about martyrdom and "respect" and "compassion", or do you want to actually put some of these values into practice? Or are you too intimidated or fooled by daddy guvermint?

@ArmyRecruit260 Sorry, i forgot about that. You're right, the rich and powerful have to manage the weaker political systems of the world and line their own pockets with the economic plunder SOMEHOW. What did Vietnam accomplish? Iraq? Afghanistan? Guatemala? Nicaragua? Korea? You think these wars actually did anything to advance humanity, rather than just benefit wealthy white Americans and Europeans?
Not worth the lives of people like this poor kid and the suffering of his family.
