  • @singularityoneone Crom laughs at this remake. He laughs from his mountain!

  • This right here is why I'm not too excited for the new flick. I think the new dude will be fine for the role - at least as fine as Arnie was - but my fear is that the score will consist of cheese-metal or a freeze-dried "symphony" performed by some nimrod with a Mac.

Conan the Barbarian, for me, remains interesting 30 years later because the mood set by the ingenious Basil Poledouris sucked me into it. A CGI driven wank-fest just ain't my idea of a good time, much less something I'll remember.

  • @SuperZack311 WHAT?!? NO....not getting off track here but the crystal skull and the prequels were fantastic man....speaking of the conan remake though, dont bother seeing it. fucking garbage. right from when the father cuts conan out of his mothers womb while she acts as if shes passing gas. then afterwards gives baby conan his name. did i mention that this was brought about because she was run through?

  • @arturbb I am with you bro

  • This is my favorite music in the whole movie and epitomizes the old school Swords and Sorcery genre in my opionion. Finding the sword that is 1000's of years old is great.

  • @jamesmcleod1986

    Aye, well said bard.

  • @soundbeans hey the remake was pretty good i thought,i found it was far more accurate, and (despite it set in a fictional world) more realistic with conan's rising from a boy,the riddle of steel and conan was portrayed as an actual barbarian, though the original soundtrack is better,i think the character of conan in the remake was more believable

  • @arturbb YES... you are the only person with mental retardation here.

  • Am I the only one who truly enjoyed the new film?

  • @Scoobage97 youre a good guy man, youre talkin wisely.

  • HEAR US O' CROM! The Tale of your mightiest champion hath been defiled! Sing in us Great Crom and teach how we may deliver a tale of Conan, who forged a kingdom by his own hand and shook the pillars of the very Earth! Sing in us Great Crom so that we may tell the tale of Conan the Barbarian in such a way that doth not defile his mighty image!
