  • The chains are a good idea. It means that the weight would be heavier at the top than the bottom. This is because as he lowers the weight, the chain is on the ground therefore the bar would be a little lighter

  • @cowbell4kid I didn't say his abs were weak. I meant that you don't have to have washboard abs to be strong, or even to have strong abs for that matter. Sorry for any confusion.

  • @warrior12473 and how would having a larger stomach mean a person abs are weak! his abs are probably iron by now!

  • He also does it, because stopping at the top, is a good way to work the slow twitch muscles in your arms :)
