Khader Adnan receives message of support from former Hunger Striker Tommy McKearney

In 1980, Irish man Tommy McKearney went 53 days on a hunger strike in the H Blocks. Today, in an Israeli jail, a Palestinian man, Khader Adnan, begins his 54th day on hunger strike.
Tommy sends out a message of support for Khader, and for his family. Please support Khader in any way you can, and demand the Israeli Government release Khader who is been held without charge.

Khader has a family, two lovely daughters, and a wife, he is a baker and a Masters student at Birzeit univ. He is also a human rights activist. Israel fears this man, why? This is a brave courageous call for support by Tommy McKearney, and may the world awaken, and unite to stop the brutal policies of today's Israel.

You do realize that the IRA men on hunger strike were all in prison for crimes against innocent people. To compare them with other freedom fighters round the world who are being held wrongly is unforgivable. What about all the 100,000's of catholics in Northern Ireland who opposed the British rule but did not resort to criminality and terrorism? Are you saying they were wrong not to fight against the majority's wishes?
