I'm 26 years old and was in an 18-wheeler accident. The huge loaded truck totled the mustang that my mom and I were in along with our necks and backs. I discovered the "A Morning Cup of" series at the local library and fell in love with it. It helps release pressure from the accident and keeps me flexible. This series isn't just for seniors! I just ordered the Tai Chi book and CD and eagerly await for it to come in the mail. God bless the Bright-Feys!!!!
