I am a big Infiniti fan but I feel this is a bit dissapointing. High end credit cards like Amex Platinum and Visa Signature have concierge services. You don't need another one from Infiniti. And I doubt it can beat Amex and Visa services. I was hoping Infiniti would have its version of Telematic, like Onstar, Lexus Enform, BMW Assist, and Mercedes Mbrace.
