Because he's the oldest, Jake has been the man of the house, since his parents divorce. When Mom starts seeing Sam, who always seems to be trying some new way to get rich quick, and declares he's the man of the house now, Jake puts up with it. Until he discovers Sam's illegal activities.

The teacher got just what he deserved! I loved that scene when this movie came out, and I still like it today. Hey my old math teacher Mr. Gunderson, do you see a resemblance to anyone here? I'm not a little girl anymore, I think I could stand up to you now :-)

@funkybunny9966 Maybe, but I wouldn't be in the classroom trying to compete with children trying to prove I'm superior. I'm there to teach them and to help them, not make myself feel better...unlike this douche of a teacher. Singling out students and pitting against one another is a common tactic - usually of a cowardly or lazy teacher.

How does it feel to trump yourself up plus begin an online fight? Think about this, if you claim to be what you are, shouldn't you have a bit more understanding as to how things work?
