I got a compu star on my cherokee 06 model CM600-S with bypass chrysler 04 from FORTIN systems.......My battery in the truck when dead I play with the ingnition key turning on and off .......at that time I didnt know you put it on valet mode with 5 times.
anyways I change for a new battery and the remote star never work again. ANY ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPEN I moved from where I got it install they cant help me over the phone. I cant go there its 12 hr away

If you read your manual where the auto-start function is described you would very likely found the following: "The engine will run 15 or 25 minutes (25 or 45 min. for diesel) depending on preset options at the time of installation and then shut off." The timer icon (right lower corner of the LCD display) also shows the amount of run-time left in the remote start mode ;0)))

Hi! i have a question! i bought a compustar remote stater a few weeks ago. i noticed something odd in my car. I started my car using the remote then at least 15 mins, my car shut off by itself!? so is that a normal thing if u install a starter in your car? or is it maybe there's something wrong with it?
