@f14tomcatfreak Have you read any reviews of the new 2013 GT-R? Or ever even been in one/driven one?
-
@warriorforheaven No, I think it was just the older model GT-R.
I'm sure the race would have been won by the GT-R if it was the 2012 model, or the new 2013. Turbo S is a monster of a car itself though.

now test it up with the 2012 gtr

@BIGJ694life that's a rather big subject you just referred to... all car models have mod stages. Usually depending on the car different stages mean different stuff! I not a jdm fan but as for let's say VAG group like Porsche, VW, Audi etc, stage one is remapping the car's ecu. Stage 2 is intake, bigger exhaust, bigger fuel pump, maybe intercooler and also a stage 2 remap. Stage 3, bigger turbo etc etc!
-
What do they mean by stage 1, stage 2 and etc for the Nissan GTR? obviously its a stage of mod, but by who and what are the specs?
-
The video is highly manipulated. GTR are monsters.

@f14tomcatfreak The launch control in the new GTR is covered in the warranty. They actually said this in Motortrend's review.

The GTR costed once 70.000 Dollars. Now, the 2012 version costs over 100.000 Dollars. Strange, ehh? Because of Fukushima? Not that cheap anymore, but Nissan has perfectly burned their 'affordable' image into your little heads.
But yes, Porsches cost more, because they CAN (aren't they successful?)! And when you sell it, you get much more money in return, because it's stable in price.
Porsche is the weapon to have on streets 2012 ;)

For all people copying 0-60 1/4 mile top speed price stats and pasting them on youtube to fight each other, I have one thing to tell you: When you can afford them it DOESN'T matter, THEY'RE ALL FASTER than your corollas and Priuses. Thank you for your time...back to wikipedia!
