Where was this filmed? I've never seen a Hawfinch ever and would love to! You start to wonder until you see footage like this, if these birds really do exist! I feel like that about Tree Sparrow, you never seem to see them, well I haven't anyway, even in the middle of the countryside! Thanks for this footage. Hawfinches are really cute!

If u contact the FC they are obliged to give u a key for there standard locked gates. Unless the area has some kind of designation or has a particular conservation interest.

Never seen one except in guide books and your video. It must have one of the largest beaks in relation to body size?
