Prophylactic surgery for BRCA1 and BRCA2 carriers
Pre-emptive surgey to remove breasts and ovaries to prevent breast cancer in high risk BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene carrying patients; many factors to take into account in making the decision. MRI scans for high risk groups, chemoprevention and oophorectomy to prevent breast cancer.
Just a question:
I was reading articles about this BRCA gene, and now I was wondering, should BRCA mutants have children or should they stay childless their whole lives?

Girls, its official your breast and reproductive system is potentially your worst enemy. Act now and get your prophylactic surgery. Millions will toss their breast and ovaries in the garbage but only 231 people would approve an actual cure for breast or ovary cancer that cannot be patented and sold as medicine. God help us. What a start to 2011.
