Estou lendo "Energia mental e física" do mestre Kano. Ele é simplesmente um gênio. Eu não tinha ideia que o judo tinha princípios tão sólidos: derrubar o oponente ou defender-se não é o objetivo do judô.

Leiam sobre "Seiryoku Zen’Yo" e "Jita Kyoei". Pratiquem.
