I am a firm believer in Udo's oil. Hands down the best supplement I'm taking. Having said that, I gotta keep it real : watching this doctor with a stethoscope around his neck smacks of pushing a sale. I've NEVER seen my doctor (or any other legitimate doctor wear it like that) and that's a shame because it's an otherwise amazing product. I hope people aren't turned off by this cheap infomercial and see it for what it is : A GREAT SUPPLEMENT.
I don't really get it. I know we need a balance of omega 3s and 6s in our diet . Udo's oil offers it in a 2:1 ratio, which is a good balance. Fine, so far. But as almost everybody consumes too many omega 6s already, then it surely doesn't make sense to supplement with a dose that contains additional quantities of omega 6? It will make it harder to achieve that ideal 2:1 balance when all the omegas in a diet (not just the supplementary ones) are weighed in total. If I'm wrong, please explain why.
