goddammit all the saddest moments from that movie are coming back to choke my heart again ... i love this theme and the movie it's from, but it's just so hard to keep your mind or your stomach at peace while u listen to it :'(

We will never learn. The only time I see human beings putting our small differences aside and coming together are if little aliens come down and threaten humans and the planet. I cant see this happening. Or if the planet is threatened by a massive asteroid and we only have days to live. This could happen. Or if we are threatened by a disease like bird or swine flu that kills millions of people, and doesnt discriminate agains rich or poor, black or white, young or old, Christian Jew Muslim...

This music always makes me wanna cry. It's so sweet and sad in one and reminds of what happens almost half a century ago. Sometimes I think it's like getting a glimpse of the idea how jewish people must have felt then. And having this feeling is simply overwhelming to me.
Williams knows exactly how to adress an audience, even one that didn't live at that time.
