Screaming japanese man

one of the greatest things i have ever seen. possibly a segment in a japanese show, (which i would buy the dvd for so if anyone knows where its from fill me in!) a japanese man screams in banzai fashion at unsuspecting civilians. fantastic.

I think they look like people in Japan in the 80's.

also, at around 16 seconds I spotted some japanese kana on one of the signs they walk past..

so Im pretty much happy to conclude that it is filmed in Japan, but ripped from a Korean show.
