@ilovechevy, you never see it because it's too damn expensive to build a performing DOHC or SOHC motor, not to mention the 4R70W to back it up is damn expensive to build also. I am seeing up to 5k being dumped into these transmissions. Heads are around 2500 fully assembled with cams, and that's for some track heat TF's. Now do the fucking math, it equals big bucks and alot of people don't want to mess with the OHC setup, because it takes a high number of parts, and things are a little different

@fast351w ..hey i'm just sayin...you will never see a GM car with a Ford engine but at the drag strip 2 out of every 10 mustangs is running a GM engine...hell even imports have firgured that out...they do SBC engines and LS1 swaps all the time....when have you even seen an RX7 with a 302 in it?..or a Termi engine or a 4.6 out of a stang GT?...never..and if you find one it's a miracle lol

most you Ford ppl on here talking shit need to ask yourself these 2 question!...1..why do 30% of the mustangs that race at the drag strip run SMALL BLOCK CHEVY engines or BB Chevy engines in their foxbodies!?!?.....2..how come you NEVER see a GM car where someone has swapped in a Ford mototr to get more power?...answer # 1..cause they wanna go fast...answer # 2..cause they wanna go fast!...show me even 1 GM car with a Ford engine and i can show you 100 stangs with real motors in them!!

I actually have a Fox with a 406SBC in it. And guess what? You're an ass with no clue what you're talking about. Fox bodies are awesome cars for any form of autosports. There isnt a motor I know of than can deal with abuse like a roller 302HO. Grow up... I've got 120k miles of hard abuse on my street car and i still have 160+ comp in every bore.
