Have you tried contacting Ford cusomter service? Have you tried getting your car serviced at another dealership? Have you had your selling Ford dealership contact the Ford Service field rep in your area? Have you called Ford Motor Credit to get them involved? There are ways to get assistance from automotive manufacturers, and believe me, all car companies produce vehicles with problems, not just Ford. Hopefully you can get these issues solved quickly and enjoy your car once again.

Do you know how to do a master reset of Sync Touch? If you do that, like reinstalling a PC etc, it will run way better
