It's a first TV Feature Series in coorperation between Voice Of America - VOA Thai Service and TNN24 (News Station in Thailand) in Exchange Visitor Program Project 2009.

ภาคภาษาไทยเป็นหนึ่งในบรรดาภาษาเริ่มแรกของวีโอเอ (Voice of America) ที่เริ่มออกอากาศในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่สอง โดยผู้ประกาศรุ่นแรกๆ เป็นสมาชิกขบวนการเสรีไทยในอเมริกา และเป็นภาคภาษาแรกที่เริ่มบุกเบิกการกระจายเสียงถึงผู้ฟังโดยตรงโดยอาศัยความร่วมมือ­จากสถานีวิทยุต่างๆ ในประเทศไทย
