When I got it they only had DIY ones, I do believe they sell tiled ones too. Just get the Tiled 12 Color Holey megaminx, it says in the description the tiles are already put on.

Yes, you get a bag with tiles and a small bottle of superglue so you can apply them any way you want.

No, the permutations on the megaminx are always even. Odd permutations cause parity. There is some kind of parity on the 6-colored version, but not on the 12-colored one.

@TheJr1017: Some of the corner tiles have "Lee Tutt" on them, and some of them "Mefferts".
