THIS IS ON PC -
After a silly number of emails over two years I've dedicated a half hour to re-finding the mods used in this video.
1. Goto http://elderscrolls.filefront.com/.
2.The Armour
search "Battle Dress"
search "Capes"
3.Physics Tweaking
Search "Realistic Physics and Force Package"
4.Hair
Search "Rens beauty pack"
There are many more mods at "elderscrolls.filefront.com" - happy browsing!
Camera movement is simple- you access the console by pressing the ` key (which is below the Esc key on your keyboard) and type tfc.

The Two Musical excerpts played in this video are from the piece "The Bridge of Khazad Dum" from the soundtrack to the major motion trilogy "The Lord of the Rings".
The setting for this video is a location called dive rock.
It is in the mountains near Cheydinal. Getting there takes a little patience, but keep at it. Location shown in detail here: www.uesp.net/maps/obmap/obmap.shtml?centeron=Dive+Rock&
(for those with PCs who know how to console, simply type player.coc diverock which will take you straight there and add the marker to your map for fast travel later)
