Yes, you can get it on wiiware, but the video shows only a preview version, full version is even better :)

that is the easiest level of them all. you just have to build any constructure, that gets you to the pipe.then you cut off everything else.

it really doesn't matte what you build. you have so much goo's, that you can't make anything wrong.

Not really. You could also speed-build a loose tower towards the pipe which then sucks at the loose end of the tower. Then you cut off the connection to the tower-base so that only 3 or 4 goos are literally flying at the inhaling pipe. The rest is easy, just break all goos in the base and throw them toward the flying goo-structure at the pipe.

There's actually a level that requires you to do it to complete it (not just to get OCD). There's actually a sign in that level that says: "It's not a bug, it's a feature." :)
