I put harlic in all my recipes, so... it was a day OFF garlic !
Add garlic if you want, add cumin, add chorizo and cook your mussels your style.

@876234ABC No garlic in this recipe, but you can try the same recipe adding cumin, garlic, cream and chorizo... OMG

mussels itself can get tiring for some people, dont you think adding pasta would be better?

des moules est mal. maintent avec des pates, moules et pates sont tres bon! et remuer une sauce.....srry thats as far as my french goes lol
